PASTOR

In 2016, God placed a clear calling on Pastor Joel’s heart to become the Senior Pastor of Hacienda Avenue Baptist Church. With a passion for souls and a vision for impact, he stepped into leadership with faith and purpose.

Pastor Joel and his wife, Carisma, have walked by faith and witnessed God move in powerful, life-changing ways. Their story is one of obedience, trust, and the miraculous provision of the Lord.

Pastor Joel came with a heart to reach Dona Ana County and beyond with the gospel of Jesus Christ. His leadership reflects a commitment to loving people and pointing them to the hope only found in Christ.

At Hacienda, we believe in dreaming big because we serve a big God. Pastor Joel continues to lead with bold faith, trusting God for greater things still to come.
